Dr. David Wotherspoon leads OWC’s focus on new and emerging markets for offshore wind developments globally, working closely with the Group’s Regional Directors and Country Managers. This has included new market entry for Spain, Italy and Australia, as well as supporting OWC’s teams in newer locations such as Brazil, Vietnam and Korea.  David’s experience, spanning over 30 years, includes consultancy, construction and development across onshore infrastructure, oil & gas, subsea interconnectors and offshore renewable energy.
