He currently leads the Blades Engineering function at Senvion India, driving technology strategy, product innovation, and the implementation of advanced manufacturing processes.

His prior leadership roles include serving as Managing Director of a global technology center and R&D Director at a leading blade manufacturer in China, where he focused on enhancing the performance, efficiency, and reliability of wind energy systems. Throughout his career, Mr. Bijlani has been instrumental in developing innovative solutions that optimize blade design and manufacturing, contributing significantly to advancements in modern wind energy technology.
