Dr. Joris Peeters has been active in the wind industry since 2001 and brings over two decades of expertise to his current role as Head of Product Portfolio Management at ZF Wind Power, a global leader in wind turbine power train design, manufacturing, and service. He oversees the development and strategic direction of the company’s innovative solutions, ensuring ZF remains at the forefront of advancements in the sector.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Peeters has held several leadership positions in R&D, including Head of Technology and Head of Digitalization. In these roles, he developed solutions that helped reduce operations and maintenance costs and enhance turbine availability, contributing to the establishment of global best practices in the industry.

He holds an MSc and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, which provide the strong technical foundation underpinning his contributions to the wind sector.
