Mr. K. Bharathy is the Managing Director & CEO of Windar Renewable Energy Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of a Spanish multinational corporation. He is a seasoned professional with a robust academic and professional background, holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Industrial Engineering, along with an M.S. in Hydro Turbo Machines from IIT Madras. He also holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance.

Throughout his career, Mr. Bharathy has played a pivotal role in establishing several leading multinational companies in India, driving their growth and success. His notable contributions include firms such as Beacon Weir Pumps (Scotland), John Crane Sealol (USA), Grundfos Pumps (Denmark), DIAB Core Materials (Sweden), Gamesa Renewable Energy (Spain), Windar Renewable Energy (Spain), and IDESA Pvt Ltd (Spain).

With extensive experience across multiple sectors, including Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Mechanical Seals, and Pumps, Mr. Bharathy has demonstrated expertise in global sourcing, supply chain management, and logistics optimization. He has been instrumental in setting up stock hotels in Europe to enhance logistics and has successfully built multinational brands while steering them toward profitability.

In addition to his strategic leadership, Mr. Bharathy is an expert in design, product engineering, value engineering, and business reengineering, particularly in tailoring products for the Indian market. His work has set benchmarks for operational excellence, and he is recognized for his ability to establish high-performing companies in India.

He is a certified ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 auditor and has a deep understanding of EFQM (Business Excellence Models), which he has successfully implemented throughout his career.
