Ms. Mathangi brings in over 20 years of extensive experience in New Product Development, Organizational Leadership, Strategy and Business Development, Quality and Reliability. Her career includes significant leadership roles across Europe, Americas’ and APAC region and on a global scale with renowned brands such as GE, Accenture and Schneider Electric. Kavitha’s international experience gained through significant stints in Europe and India, has provided her with a nuanced understanding of different cultural and business environments.

She holds a postgraduate degree in Computational Engineering with Major in Fluid Mechanics and Thermodynamics from Friedrich Alexander University, Germany, and an Engineering degree with Honors from B.I.T.S, Pilani, Rajasthan, India. Her blend of academic credentials and extensive industry experience positions her as a key thought leader in driving innovation, NPI and sustainable growth at Senvion India.
