Throughout his career, Pandu has held key leadership roles at notable organizations including CavinKare and the ZF Group. His expertise spans Corporate Finance, Procurement and Strategic Management.

Under his guidance, Flender India has played a pivotal role in advancing India’s capabilities as a production hub for wind energy technology, catering to both domestic and international markets

Beyond his professional achievements, Pandu is deeply committed to environmental sustainability. A strong advocate for combating global warming, he has personally planted over 6,000 trees, contributing to a greener, more livable planet for future generations.
