Mr. Pradip Kumar Dubey is business leader with more than two decades of experience in managing global Advance Material Business and more than three decades of professional experience in various roles with different organisations. He is a graduate and post graduate in Chemical Engineering and Polymer Technology. He has been working with Aditya Birla group for the past twenty two years and worked on multiple functions such as R&D, Business development, Operations, S&M before becoming the CEO for the global Advanced Material business. Before joining ABG he worked in various private and public sector companies.

His dynamic and visionary leadership has enabled the Advance Material business and the Aditya Birla Group to achieve several milestones and accreditations.  He is an active member of Thermoset Resin Formulators Association (TRFA) committee on Composites and has been continually contributing to the industry by innovative ideas leading into development of next generation products and systems. He has also authored various technical papers and owns several patents on novel polymers and allied products.
