Ms. Svetlana Marmutova works in Wood Mackenzie’s Global Wind Technology and Supply Chain team, focusing on global wind turbine technology trends, supply chain developments, and turbine OEMs’ market share dynamics. Since joining Wood Mackenzie in 2024, she has contributed to strategic analyses supporting decision-making in the wind energy sector.

Before her current role, she was a validation engineer at ZF Wind Power in Belgium and worked on corporate sustainability projects with Accenture Nordics. She also gained experience in product development and validation within a cleantech startup in Finland, combining technical expertise with sustainable energy insights.

She holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from LUT and MPEI, and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from UVA, Finland, with a focus on renewable energies and energy systems.
