Swarnim Srivastava serves as Head of Strategy and Market Intelligence for Vestas in the Asia Pacific region. In this capacity, she leads regional business planning, strategy implementation, and governance to strengthen Vestas’ strategic positioning and growth across diverse APAC markets.

With over a decade of experience in management consulting, Swarnim has advised leading organizations across the global renewable energy value chain — including wind turbine OEMs, developers, component suppliers, and financial investors. Her prior work includes engagements with leading energy companies, as well as advisory support to the Government of India and international platforms such as the Indo-German Energy Forum and the Global Wind Energy Council.

Based in India, she is passionate about sustainability, creative arts, and enjoys spending time with her young son.
