Mr. Veerasamy Rajendran, Head – Strategy & Operations, Envision Energy India, brings over three and a half decades of leadership experience across Wind Energy, Project Execution, and Service Operations in India’s leading renewable-energy organizations.

He leads the Strategy & Operations function, encompassing PMO, Service Engineering, Remote Control Centre, CRM, Process Implementation, and Training Academy Development. He drives strategic initiatives on Energy-Based Availability (EBA), and Process Driven Reliability Engineering aligning Envision’s operations with global best-practice frameworks.

Before joining Envision, Mr. Rajendran held senior leadership roles at Vestas India and ReNew Power, where he played pivotal roles in transforming service operations, introducing multi-brand and self-O&M business models, and institutionalizing LPF based lifecycle-cost optimization.

At Vestas India, as Senior Director – Service & Projects and the Board Member, he was instrumental in driving a major business turnaround through operational excellence, P&L management, and leadership of Life Extension Programs (LEP) covering about 3 GW of assets. Later, as Senior Vice President – Asset Management (Wind & Solar) at ReNew Power, he led the transition of conventional O&M into a performance-linked LPF based self-O&M model.

Recognized as a thought leader in renewable-energy operations, Mr. Rajendran has been instrumental in shaping modern frameworks for service transformation, reliability engineering, and digital process integration.
